    Fancy detailing or free mugs don’t mean squatting if essential work costs an arm or leg. Get written estimates comparing apples-to-apples. Affordability keeps customers coming back with more pies at a hootenanny. 

    • Emergency Plan? 

    Life happens on open trails. See if they got loaner cars or 24/7 tows when trouble strikes like rattlers. Trying to save a buck wastes time that is better spent at the saloon! 

    • The facility Should Feel Home 

    Also, squint at the ground with a spell. Is it tidy and organized, like on family picture day? A clean shed shows they take pride in their profession, like farriers or dentists. Chaos warrants a “nope” faster than a slap to the face.
