    What Counts as Preventive Health?

    Preventive health includes anything that helps lower your risk of future health issues. It covers a range of habits, appointments, and screenings that are meant to catch small concerns before they turn into bigger ones. That could mean going for your yearly physical, choosing more balanced meals, or simply being more active throughout the day.
