    You’ve invested in the perfect gym wardrobe; now, let’s ensure it stands the test of time. Proper care of your workout clothes is essential for maintaining their performance features and your hygiene.

    First, always check the care label. It sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many people toss everything into the wash together. Most workout wear is best washed in cold water and on a gentle cycle to preserve the fibers and elasticity.

    Avoid fabric softeners, which can coat the fabric and reduce its moisture-wicking abilities.
